Generating a Support File

When contacting support, IBM Security recommends collecting agent related information needed to troubleshoot issues.

To do so:

  1. Open the Verify Privilege Manager Agent utility in C:\Program Files\Thycotic\Agents\Agent\.
  2. Click Support File. This saves a zip file to the desktop. For exampe: PrivilegeManagerSupport-<computer name-23478765429876.zip.

  3. Email the zip file to support.
