Installation

This topic only applies to Verify Privilege Vault On-Premises.

Please check the Prerequisites and then select either our Basic (Automatic) Installation or Advanced (Manual) Installation.

Starting in Verify Privilege Vault 12.1, new installations have Prevent Direct API Authentication enabled by default, which blocks direct username and password authentication to the API for interactive users (including Credential Manager, Verify Privilege Vault Remote, and IWA web-service logins). Review Prevent Direct API Authentication before deployment to avoid unexpected login issues.
